Afia Schwarzenegger Angry With Child Right International For Taking GHC 200,000 From Akuapem Poloo
Controversial actress and comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger is dividing several minds with her latest act of support for embattled actress Akuapem Poloo. She is blasting Child Rights International for asking the convicted actress to raise some money for them to invest in her son.
The comedienne who was happy previously with the 90 days jail sentence as a sanction given to Poloo seems to have taken turns now after the latest revelation from the NGO.
Child Rights International revealed a couple of days ago that they have asked the embattled mother to raise GHS200,000 for them to open an investment account for the son. The Executive Director of Child Rights International, Bright Appiah said they were doing it with the interest of the child at heart and are willing to help.
This is what has got Afia going crazy, as she is of the view that such an act from the organization is not right as it involves a huge amount of money. According to her, her mother abused her severally as she was beaten even with cooking utensils which is a typical example of abuse.
Afia also added that Poloo is stubborn and that is why she doesn’t have someone to protect her in times of trouble, and why the Child Rights International could do such a thing to her.
