Following the recent happenings during the Good Friday holidays, the Ghana Police Service has issued a stern warning as we mark Easter Monday festivities.
The word of caution from the police service was re-echoed by DSP Effia Tenge, the Greater Accra Region PRO of the Ghana Police Service. She advised that though we are still in the Easter festivities, Covid-19 is lurking around so no mass gatherings like picnics, beach parties and others.
She further advised that Ghanaians should rather stay at home with their families and spend time as families during the holidays.
DSP Effia Tenge further revealed that the police will embark on patrol at numerous beaches to make sure these orders are obeyed to the latter.
