The police said that following the filing of the “Missing Person” complaint by the husband of Mrs Rhodaline Boakye on September 2, 2021, a team at the National Headquarters, the Ashanti Regional Police Commander, and Crime Officer and his team have spoken to all related parties as part of Police investigations.

From the investigations, it has been found out that the Lands Commission where Rhodaline works “did not assign her on any official work, neither was she assigned with any colleague to do any work leading to her disappearance.”

On the issue of the death of a female colleague who went out with Rhodaline as reported on social media and by some online portals, the Police refuted this report and indicated that no other staff of the Commission or any other person linked to Mrs Rhodaline Amoa-Darko has been declared missing or found dead.

The police service further indicated that a 24-hour team is currently working on this case and other related issues adding, that a clinical psychologist has been engaged to provide psychological assistance to Rhodaline’s family and her colleagues at work.
