Comedian popularly known as DKB has released his anger on the alleged manager of Akuapem Poloo, threatening to sue him.
DKB says the so-called manager of Poloo has tarnished his image when he made unfavorable comments against him for his intentions to raise funds to support Poloo.
The comedian through social media made known his intentions to raise funds to support their colleague as she goes through her jail term. This is what didn’t to go right with the alleged manager of Poloo as he made comments to contradict the charitable act initiated by DKB.
Social media users came pouring their venom at DKB following the comments from the supposed manager of the convicted socialite. These attacks got the comedian itching and he has now come out to state that it is tarnishing his image.
Mr Divine Jones who said he is the manager of Akuapem Poloo disagreed with DKB’s way of handling the issue and called it wrong.
“For me, I understand how people are sympathizing with her, how everybody is trying to cope, some people are coping, others are just pretending, others are all hypocrites, but my point is that I think whatever donation that is going on is wrong.”
“You should be able to consult Poloo’s management or you should be able to consult Poloo’s legal counsel, you can’t just go out there to start getting donations, for which purpose are you getting the donations? Is it for the child? Is it for the mother?” he added.
DKB then fired back, “the guy is not officially Akuapem Poloo’s manager. There is no binding contract. I’m just coming from seeing her. There is no binding contract. …you are ‘boy boy’. Help me let’s do this, help me, that doesn’t mean you’ve assumed the position of manager”
“… for disgracing me, for everybody to see these publications going round, I will charge you for it. I will file a case nicely. Defamation, undermining my integrity and demeaning my personal dignity and causing me public shame, I will file a case. Ghana no go sweet you,” he added.
