GIEC honours Kojo Antwi honoured with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’
The Ghana Event Industry Conference (GEIC) in Accra has given Africa’s top musician Kojo Antwi the Lifetime Achievement Award.
‘Mr. Music Man’ was presented with the accolade during the recently concluded 3rd edition of the 2021 Ghana Event Industry Conference (GEIC) Gala and Awards Night, which was hosted at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.
The coveted award according to 3news was given in honour of his dedication and commitment to the development of music events and the industry, as well as his status as a well-known advocate for best practices in the creative arts and tourism sectors on the African continent and around the world.
He used the opportunity to wow the crowd with a fantastic performance of some of his many heartfelt and life-changing songs.
Also, he thanked his family, his management, the award’s organizers, and his loyal clients and supporters for their continued patronage.
Kojo Antwi better known as Mr Music Man, is a Ghanaian Afro-pop, highlife, and reggae musician. Julius Kojo Antwi was born into a family of 13 siblings and grew up in Darkuman, a suburb of Accra.
