Ghanaian Afrobeats artist Enoch Nana Yaw Oduro- Agyei, known by his stage name Trigmatic has advised Artists managers to be bold and put their artists in their place when they misbehave.

He said, there should not be familiarity between the manager and the artists.

“Work does not go on well when there is familiarity between the artist and the manager, with this the artiste refuses to listen to the manager”.

According to Trigmatic, most artiste managers were not able to pinpoint the wrongdoings of their artists due to fear of being fired.

He added that artists answers to questions when he or she is being pushed to the wall on live radio should be a prime concern to the manager.

“As an artistes manager, without fear or favour, should be able to face their artistes if they see something wrong with them,” he told Graphic Showbiz.

Trigmatic also encouraged musicians not to let their low moments push them out of business.
