Transfer: ten Hag interviewed for Man U job, Salah to Milan, Asensio wants out of Madrid
Ten Hag completes Man United interview
Current Ajax manager and Manchester United coaching target Erik Ten Hag has completed an interview with the Red Devils as the club gears up efforts to find a permanent replacement in the dugout for next season.
The Dutch manager has been one of United’s top targets aside from PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino, Lopetegui and former Barca manager, Luis Enrique.
Julen Lopetegui, Luis Enrique and Pochettino are said to be scheduled for meetings with the club in the coming weeks.
Juventus to swoop in for Salah
Juventus are preparing to launch a mammoth offer for Liverpool star Mohammed Salah. The Turin club hopes to reignite their chase for top honours by strengthening their attack and sees Salah as an ideal addition despite already acquiring Dusan Vlahovic during the winter transfer.
Salah could be available for a move to Turin due to his current contract standoff with the Reds.
Origi agrees to terms for Milan switch
Divock Origi has agreed to personal terms with AC Milan ahead of his transfer to the club as a free agent when the season ends.
The contract length is 4 years’ worth €3.5M a year. He has offers from three other clubs including from the Premier League and Bundesliga but has opted for Milan. Paper works to finalize the deal soon.
He has 14 appearances for Liverpool this season in all competitions, with 5 goals.
Asensio wants to leave Madrid at the end of the season
Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio wants to end his relationship with the capital club after growing frustrated with limited opportunities at the Bernabeu.
He has made 24 appearances for the club in La Liga this season but only 14 of them have been starts and he completed the entire 90 minutes just twice.
Arsenal, Tottenham, Roma, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid are all said to be interested and Madrid would want at least €30M for him.
