Kylian Mbappe open to PSG stay

Paris Saint-Germain may be able to keep hold of Kylian Mbappe beyond this season with the French forward revealing that he has not made a decision about his future yet and that staying at PSG is possible.

He said, “If I had made my decision, I would have said so…I’m still thinking about it. Because there are new elements, new parameters. I want to make the right choice. I know that for people, it takes a little while.”

He added, “Is staying at PSG is possible? Yes of course.”

Chelsea and PSG remain interested in Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele

Chelsea and PSG are still interested in Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele. Dembele had a breakdown in negotiations for a new Barcelona contract and refused to extend with the club and was told to leave in January but he opted to stay despite a last-minute approach from Chelsea.

The winger has fought his way back into the Barca XI and is enjoying game time with the Blaugrana. It has been reported that he has agreed to a new deal with Barcelona but no contract has been signed and could be a free agent by June which will allow for a free transfer to any club.

Robert Lewandoski wants Barca move

Lewandoski has told Barcelona he wants to move to the club this summer. The Polish striker has been a goal machine in the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich but his time with the Germans seems to be fast approaching the end.

His contract with the Bavarians is up in June 2023 but the German champions are only willing to offer him one-year extension which has not gone well with the striker and he wants to make the La Liga switch as a result.

Man United ready to pay €40 million for Araujo

Manchester United are willing to meet the €40 million price tag for Ronald Araujo of FC Barcelona. The Dutch defender has not accepted the Catalans extension offer and the club wants to sell him in the summer to avoid losing him for free in 2023 but is holding out for €40 million.

United meanwhile are willing to pay the amount to bring him to Old Trafford.

Real Madrid ready to join Kante race

Real Madrid is ready to join the race for Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante as they seek competition in the middle of the park for Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.

Kante reportedly rejected an approach for a move to PSG last summer, favouring a Chelsea stay. His contract is due in June 2023 and Chelsea may want to cash in on the 30-year-old if a good offer comes in.

Salah close to a Liverpool contract extension

Mohammed Salah is close to signing a contract extension at Liverpool. The prolific striker is said to have agreed to reduce his £400,000 per week wage in order to sign the new deal.

The new contract will keep in at Anfield for four years beyond his current deal. Meanwhile, it has also emerged that he is not interested in a switch to La Liga with Barcelona previously being heavily linked with a move for him.

Ramos wants to stay at PSG

Sergio Ramos is determined to succeed at PSG despite his switch from Real Madrid already going down as a catastrophic decision by the famed centre-back. However, despite links to a transfer to Major League Soccer, Ramos is keen on making his time in Paris a success and wants to stay on for at least the next season.

Chelsea wants Azplicueta to stay

Chelsea is said to be doing everything possible to make Caesar Azplicueta stay at the club beyond this season. Manager Thomas Tuchel revealed that the club is doing everything to ensure their captain stays.

His contract which expires in June has been extended till 2023. He has also been linked with a move to Barcelona who is offering a 2-year contract with an option to renew till 2025.
