Ghana To Face Uzbekistan In International Friendly
Coach of home-based Black Stars Ibrahim Tanko has named a 20-man squad to face Uzbekistan in an international friendly.
The home-based stars some of whom are currently training with the main Black Stars team will take on the Uzbekistan national team in an international friendly during the FIFA window this month.
They will depart Accra on Monday, 22nd March, play the match on 26th March before returning to Accra afterwards. The match will be a rehearsal ahead of the WAFU Nations Cup in Nigeria as well as preparation for the upcoming CHAN qualifiers.
Ibrahim Tanko has rewarded Black Satellites victorious squad members, Percious Boah, Afriyie Barnieh and Samuel Ashie Quaye by naming them in his 20-man assemble for the encounter.
