Ghana lines-up pre-World Cup friendly against Brazil
As part of preparations for the 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar, the Ghana Football Association has arranged two top friendly matches for the Black Stars.
The first of the two is with record World Champions the Selecao of Brazil. The match will be played on September 23, 2022 at a yet to be determined venue. The match will be the first national assignment for new recruits including Inaki Williams and Tarique Lamptey to be tested in Black Stars colours both switched allegiance to play for Ghana.
Ghana’s next major international friendly will be against Switzerland later on November 17, less than a week before the kick off of the tournament in Qatar.
