Ghanaian forward, Benjamin Tetteh has regarded the English Championship as the league with high intensity. The forward joined Hull City on loan after his spell with Yeni Malatyaspor came to an end. He bagged seven goals for the Turkish club.

Tetteh has since featured in five games recording two assists for Hull City since the start of the season.

“Before I came here, I spoke to a few fans. They told me how it is here, so I think (I was) already mentally prepared,” he said.

“It is difficult, but I think I’m trying my best to get used to it. I’ve not played in any league that has a high intensity like this. I’m trying to get used to it. Everyone is just running for 90 minutes,” he added.

Tetteh’s expectation to be called for the World Cup is high as he eyes a call-up for the Black Stars game against Brazil in September.
