NPP dreams of capturing 270 parliamentary seats in election 2024
Mr John Boadu, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) General Secretary, has stated that the party will win 270 parliamentary seats in the 2024 election.
He, on the other hand, denounced the ‘skirt and blouse’ voting that characterized Election 2020 and contributed to the Party’s poor showing in the legislative elections.
Mr Boadu stated that the NPP’s chances remained brighter as a result of the government’s performance, and he pushed the party’s regional, constituency, and polling station executives to forge ahead in unity and work tirelessly to publicize the government’s successes.
The governing NPP scribe made the promise while speaking at the NPP’s Bono Regional Annual Delegates Conference on Friday, October 8, 2021, in Sunyani.
“We would re-energize the party and its communication teams in the region in order to better position them to broadcast the government’s accomplishments and to portray the Party to the people”, Mr Boadu Added.
