Mr Philip Twum Yeboah, a philanthropist who is a native of Oyoko has advised BECE candidates in New Juaben North Municipality to believe and have faith in themselves and that they will be able to achieve anything in the world.

In encouraging the students, he said a student in America, Canada and some other places in the world are not better than them, therefore they should get that courage and confidence and push to be better for themselves.

The PTY Foundation CEO advised the students to be bold as they approach their external examination. He also advised them to concentrate on their books than religious affairs that might be destructive to their course.

After speaking a word of encouragement and wisdom to the candidates, he donated Mathematical sets and pens to each of the 1,700 BECE candidates as part of his corporate social responsibility.
Each of the teachers also received a mathematical set and pen from him.
