Give us roads, it’s been 3 years since you declared ‘Year of Roads’ – Chief to Akufo-Addo
Osagyefo Agyemang Badu II, the Dormaahene and President of the Bono Regional House of Chiefs has called on President Nana Akufo-Addo to construct roads in the Bono Region. At the commissioning ceremony of the Sunyani Airport on 3rd August 2022, the revered traditional ruler lamented the poor road infrastructure in the Region.
He explained that for proper development of the region, roads must be constructed. Adding that the region has a huge potential in adding up to the national economy if proper development is kept in place.
Osagyefo Agyemang Badu II appealed to the inhabitants of the Bono Region to patronize the services of the newly refurbished airport. He also commended the Nana Addo / Bawumia government for the facelift given to the airport.
