Amarmoley: Man shot dead over land dispute, one nabbed
A taxi driver has met his untimely death at Amamorley after he was shot dead by some men over a disputed land.
A taxi driver, popularly known as Alandee has been murdered at Amarmoley, a community in the Ga North Municipality over land litigation.
The deceased had gone to the disputed land to inspect it when the suspects shot him to death.
According to eye witnesses, they heard a prolonged argument which was followed by a gunshot. They rushed to the scene and saw the deceased lying a few meters away from the disputed land in a pool of blood.
One of the suspects is in police custody assisting with investigations.
