SDA Church Honors Hon Hawa Koomson For Her Contribution To The Work Of God
Seventh-Day Adventist Church (SDA) at Kasoa-Adam Nana in the Awutu Senya East constituency has honoured the Member of Parliament for the area, Hon Mavis Hawa Koomson for her outstanding contribution to the growth of the Church.
The church indicated that Hon Mavis Hawa Koomson has contributed a lot both in cash and in kind to their quest to build a new church for God.
The Church emphasized, Hon Mavis Hawa Koomson is like a King Solomon in the Bible, she is passionate about the place of worship for the men of God and always translate that passion into action by donating to support church building.
In her acceptance remarks, Hon Hawa Koomson commended the church for such recognition and asked them to intercede for her in prayers because she was of a strong conviction that with God on her side, she will smile at the storm.
The MP stated that the receipt of the award represents her total desire in ensuring that each church in her Constituency gets a decent place of worship because according to her, everything she has is from God, therefore, she must give back to God.
