Shatta Wale Hints Of Retirement From Music After GOG Album

Shatta Movement boss and self-acclaimed ‘Dancehall King’ Shatta Wale has hinted that he will soon bow out from the music scene. He revealed this in a recent tweet by him that has got many wondering.

Born Charles Nii Armah Mensah, the Ghanaian Dancehall heavyweight made public his intentions to quit his musical career.

In a recent post on Twitter, the ‘Kaikai’ hitmaker who has won the hearts of many with his dynamic style and excellent voice control said he will call it quits, saying his Gift of God, GOG album is the retirement package.

Adding more light to his post, he said his intention was to venture into business to to create employment for others.

His tweet reads “THIS #GOGALBUM WILL BE MY RETIREMENT ALBUM. Made enough to go into new businesses and create employment for those who still want to follow the course !”
