Police arrest Funny Face for threatening his baby mama, Vanessa
A Police statement on Monday night has revealed that actor, Funny Face has been arrested for threatening people in a video he shared online the day before.
The actor who was seen in the said video hurling insults at Father Dickson and her children’s mother Vanessa as her mother has now been arrested by the Ghana Police Service as they seek to protect lives.
According to the Police, he was arrested at 10:14 pm on Monday and would be arraigned before a court to get an order for him to have a psychiatric examination to enable them [Police] to determine the next line of “investigative action”.

The Police have today, Monday, 18th October 2021, at 10:14 pm arrested Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face for allegedly threatening certain individuals via some Social Media platforms.
“Due to the history of the suspect, the police shall submit Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng to the court for an order for psychiatric examination, to determine the next line of investigative action.
“The police is committed to protecting lives with the generous help of the public.
“We want to assure the public that we shall not take anything for granted in the interest of public safety;” the statement concluded.
This will not be the first time the comedian will undergo psychiatric examination after he was earlier in the year ordered by the Ofaakor Circuit Court to undergo psychiatric treatment at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital where he spent several weeks at the facility.
