One Million Cedis trends as Sarkodie drops tracklist for Jamz album
Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo better known by his stage name Sarkodie has got netizens talking after he released the tracklist for his soon-to-be-released Jamz album. The album which features several top artists including King Promise, Cina Soul and Oxlade has one particular song trending.
Already, Sarkodie has released one song off the album, a song titled Labadi which he featured King Promise and has since confessed it is his favourite.
For an album that is seen as a dive into the Nigerian market by the fastest African rapper, the 10-track album also features Nigeria’s Lojay, Joeboy and Nigeria’s BNXN and Jamaica’s Kranium as well as Ghana’s hottest act right now, Black Sherif.
However, it is the song with another Nigerian Ink Boy that is making the waves after the rapper played part of it during an Instagram live session. In the song titled One Million Cedis, Sarkodie is heard spitting verses in different languages including Twi, Hausa and Ga.
King Sark as he is popularly called has already promised that the fans are going to love the album but the fans themselves have taken to Twitter to predict which one will top the charts and the majority think One Million Cedis will do.
