I am not paying attention to the negativity – Kweku Darlington
Kweku Darlington, a Ghanaian rapper has affirmed that he is the original creator of ‘Sika Kankan.’
Following the release of Kweku Darlington’s new song ‘Sika Kankan’, it was claimed that he had stolen it from Ikon, a former buddy and upcoming musician.
However, Kweku Darlington denied any relationship or encounter with Ikon, the accuser, in an interview with Chrystal on Showbiz 360 but stated that he has resolved to disregard the negative feedback and concentrate his efforts on marketing his new album.
He goes on to say that the music’s style is comparable to his prior song releases and that this is his artistic signature.
“I am not paying attention to it. I am just doing my job. Right now, what is most important to me is that I have dropped Sika Kankan, and I am promoting it.”
To him, he believes that this method is being used by young musicians to gain attention and relevancy which he refuses to give to his accuser and instead would concentrate on what is important to him.
Darlington also discussed the importance of his new song and promised new music in December to his followers.
“Whenever a young boy or girl is trying to make it, they should not affiliate the funding they gather to a negative source, “he concluded.
