Afia Schwarzenegger As Entertainment Minister?
Controversial Media personality and comedienne, Afia Schwarzenegger is harbouring a lofty dream of becoming a Minister under Akufo-Addo.
The renowned actress and comedienne has revealed her intentions to accept accept any offer from the President if one is made. She is surely hoping to reap from what she planted, having campaigned for the President in the run-up t the Decemeber 2020 elections.
She took to her Instagram handle to send a reminder to the president of Ghana that she is still unrewarded. She claimed she has been earnestly waiting for her appointment as the Minister of Entertainment in Ghana. That would be a new Ministry though since that does not exist presently.
She stressed her massive support for the victorious NPP during their campaign after ditching John Mahama and the NDC. She claimed that by that act, she deserves an appointment from the president as a thank you.
In giving reasons for her delayed appointment, she said the President probably is shy of her hence the delay in her appointment into government.
