One thing that is currently sending shocks and also garnering huge public discussions across the globe is the Pandora papers leaks, and Emmanuel Dogbevi a member of the International  Consortium of Investigative Journalists delved into the issue a bit during an interview on Accra based TV3.

The leaks allegedly have caught some high profile duty bearers who are supposed to lead by example but rather engaging in some illicit financial activities that in turn would rip organizations or nations they are supposed to guard jealously of million of dollars.

According to Mr Emmanuel Dogbevi, the African continent of which some of its leaders were caught up in the exposé was losing about 75 billion dollars annually to illicit financial flow which in turn encourages money laundering and puts money into the hands of dangerous characters who could carry out dangerous activities.

The leaks reveal that there are about 45 African politicians caught up in the scandal and there are three top-notch Ghanaian politicians involved whose details have not yet been captured according to its website.

He, therefore, stressed the need for this exposé to be given attention since if not tackled properly its ripple negative effects would be felt across the world.
