Kotoko have renewed their interest in Medeama midfielder Justice Blay.
The Reds have been working things to permanently sign the 28-year-old who excelled on loan at the Club.
Blay spent a year on loan at the Club and left prior to the start of the season after the Ghanaian giants failed to meet the demands from Medeama.
Kotoko are back for the former Sekondi Hasaacas star but will need to pay nothing less than Ghc200,000, an amount the Mauves and Yellows demand before releasing their priceless asset.
Already Justice Blay is said to have shown his interest in rejoining Kotoko after a fruitful time during his loan spell.
Kotoko are making some acquisitions to bolster their squad for the second round of the season.
The Ghana Premier League record holders announced the signing of Brazilian forward Michael Vinicius.
