Ghana defender Abdul Baba Rahman is on the verge of joining Greek Club PAOK FC on loan from Chelsea.
Chelsea are currently locked up in a negotiation with Super League side who are willing to sign the left-back until the end of the season.
Baba Rahman has been left out of the Chelsea season squad leaving him with no option than to leave for loan.
The 26-year-old could not secure a Club before the start of the season which saw him spent most of his time with Chelsea’s second team.
PAOK FC could announce the acquisition of the Ghana International who has three more years left on his current deal at Chelsea.
The blues signed the defender in 2014 from German Bundesliga side Ausburg.
