A Hearts of Oak supporters leader has confirmed to Accra-based Asempa FM that National Chapters Committee chairman Elvis Hermann Hesse has resigned from the club’s board of directors.
On Tuesday various media reports detailed the circumstances under which the NCC capo resigned from the board.
The hardworking supporters chairman was voted into the position in 2019 and has since been a member of the board of the club.
In the midst of the ongoing turmoil in the club that has seen head coach Kosta Papic, assistant Asare Bediako and others resigning, Elvis Herman Hesse is not happy.
According to Hearts’ NCC PRO on Asempa FM Hermann’s resignation has been confirmed by a board member.
“Personally I read about it on social media. I made attempts to get to Hermann himself for confirmation he couldn’t respond to his calls. But, later on a board member confirmed to me that he had tendered in his resignation at the club’s secretariat,” he told Andy Obeng Kwaku on Asempa FM.
Despite his resignation Hermann will continue to lead the team at the NCC level.
