You’ve done nothing credible to even dream of breaking the 8 – Dr Wereko-Brobbey to NPP
The New Patriotic Party have been advised by Dr Wereko–Brobbey that the normal eight-year tenure they are trying to surpass will be a mirage if they fail to quickly address the economic conditions the country is saddled with.
Per his estimation, the government is trailing when it comes to issues of the economy.
Dr Wereko-Brobbey, during an interview with TV3 did not mince words in pointing out to the NPP that their performance could not aid them to break the eight they are targeting to break while admonishing other parties to take a cue from that and perform well when allowed to steer the affairs of the country.
For him, the approach they are using to tackle the economic woes the country is saddled with is just not right to warrant them to dream of winning the next elections.
Despite all hardships and the troubles the disastrous performance of the economy has brought on Ghanaians, President Akufo-Addo has not lost faith in handing over to an NPP-led government in the next elections as he continues to drum home the message to break the 8.
