Loudmouth Communications Officer of the largest opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has caused a stir online as his recent phone-in interview on Kumasi-based Hello FM raises questions in peoples mind.
According to the legal practitioner who doubles as a politician, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is sorry for the mistakes that they made in the 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections and he is confident of the party not repeating those mistakes again.
Speaking on the Kumasi-based radio, Sammy Gyamfi further stressed that they failed to highlight the failures of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and this made Ghanaians to believe in their deceits but as far as the forthcoming elections is concerned, those mistakes will not repeat themselves.
“We are sorry, we won’t repeat those mistakes again in the forthcoming elections. We will continue to expose the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for Ghanaians to know that they are incompetent when it comes to fighting corruption. This is the truth we failed to tell Ghanaians.” he said in the interview.
He further posited that the recent Agyapa deal brouhaha cements the assertion that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is not to be trusted when it comes to fighting corruption in Ghana.
