Let NDC Legal Team Seek For Therapy – Okoe Boye Tells Supreme Court
Former Ledzokuku Member of Parliament and the immediate past Deputy Health Minister, Dr. Okoe Boye has urged the Supreme Court to direct the legal team of the National Democratic Congress, NDC to seek the services of a therapist and psychologist. He says it will help the NDC team avoid being caught guilty of several contempt of court.
He further explained that the petitioners case brought before the court lacks some elements that will help make their case strong and will make most of the rulings go against them.
Okoe Boye’s submission was in relation to the “Predetermined Agenda” comment by Dr.Dominic Akuritinga Ayine after the dismissal of the petitioners motion to have their case reopened.
Dr Ayine, having been cautioned already by the judges, have many people have citing his comment as another contempt of court.
“We need to have a psychologist and therapist talking to the NDC team regularly” Okoe Boye said on the Good Morning Ghana show on Metro TV.
He stated “The reason I am saying this is because their case is a bad case so a lot of rulings if not all will not go for them. So they need some therapy.
