It will be recalled that Medikal had earlier pleaded not guilty when he first appeared before the court on October 22, 2021.
Today Monday, February 21, 2022, the court was expected to rule on an application filed by Medikal’s legal team to order the police to release the Ruger nine-millimetre pistol belonging to the musician.
But when the case was called this morning, Medikal told the court that he wanted to change his plea.
The charges were read out to him, and he pleaded guilty to the charges.
