Admit the 499 students else we will advise ourselves – Law School SRC
The admission tussle at the Ghana School of Law continues with the Student Representative Council of the institution led by their President Mr Wonder Victor Kutor urging the General Legal Council to consider admitting about 499 prospective students who were deemed to have failed the entrance exams.
Apparently, a tabulation of the results of the said 499 students by the SRC of the institution it appears they did not actually fail the exams hence their call to the General legal Council the regulators of legal education in the country to consider admitting the students.
Also, the SRC also called on stakeholders in the education sector to take up the matter to also urge the General Legal Council to admit the students. They however threatened that if the issue is not resolved they know what they will do in the face of the circumstances.
The strong stance on the rigorous admission process taken by the General Legal Council will not let the issue of recurring mass failures in the Ghana School of Law entrance exams end now and the exchanges will continue.
