NAM1 Fires Back At Bridget Otoo Over Akuapem Poloo Comparison
Ghanaian business mogul Nana Appiah Mensah known as NAM1 hasn’t taken it lightly that he has been compared Akuapem Polo after the latters conviction in court yesterday..
NAM1 made headlines in the past when his Mengzgold company got embroiled in legality issues with state institutions. He has been accused of scamming unsuspecting customers of their deposits through his now defunct Menzgold company.
Not much has been heard of the case again after it was dragged for some time. That seeming silence and neglect of the case caused female broadcaster Bridget Otoo to rise to the defense of Akuapem Poloo by comparing the severity of their cases.
This has caused the business mogul to speak in self-defence using Twitter to express himself. Taking to the microblogging site, he said he has his own cross to carry and should not be compared to another person.
He tweeted, “Stop Misleading the public. Even on a foreign land I was acquitted and discharged, a decision that was affirmed by the Appeals Court and the Supreme Court. FYI: my granny wasn’t the presiding judge. Back home, I pleaded NOT GUILTY and I’m having my day in Court.”
