Mahama congratulates Dr Stephen Wengam of Cedar Mountain Chapel

Former President John Dramani Mahama has congratulated the founder and Leader of the Cedar Mountain Chapel, East Legon, a popular branch of the Assemblies of God, Ghana on his  transition to the new General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church Ghana. 

Reverend Dr. Stephen Wengam was elected as General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church Ghana on 5th August 2022. He and his administration has been handed over to by the now former administration today, Sunday, September 11, 2022. 

Former President Mahama said, “Hearty congratulations to you, Reverend Dr. Stephen Wengam, on your new role as General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church Ghana”. 

The now former General Superintendent, Reverend Professor Paul Frimpong Manso, ensured there was a successful elections and transition to a new administration today. 

Mr. Mahama in his congratulatory message also was grateful to the former administration, he added, “Congratulations also to the leadership of the Church and the now former General Superintendent, Reverend Professor Paul Frimpong Manso, for the successful elections and transition to a new administration”.
