Mr Oppong Nkrumah also revealed that “on 30th October 2022, the president talked about how people’s capital is being washed away so I don’t think we should be under any illusion that the president does not have a sense of what is going on”.

Mr Oppong added that “this is where our focus ought to be and that is why I keep making the point that we need to focus attention on the execution of the things the president has outlined. These 12 measures, it is not whether it is a gradualist approach. These 12 measures deal broadly with various parts of the economy and we need to rally around and push persons responsible for implementation”.
“With that being said if X, Y or Z is not implementing their part of the bargain a lot of attention will be placed there likewise if new issues come up again we will get a resolution to the issues coming up,” he stated.
