Dumelo Seeks Recount After Lydia’s Victory Call
The NDC parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency has officially written to the Electoral Commision office in his constituency asking for a recount of the ballots.
He alleges irregularities such as swapping of his figures with that of his main contender and incumbent Madam Lydia Alhassan. Dumelo’s call comes after Madam Lydia was declared winner in the Monday polls.
This will be an interesting twist and anxiety will rise as supporters of both sides would be anxious to get the outcome of Mr. Dumelo’s call for recount. See the letter.
